Our store supports returns for all regular apparel within 30 days upon delivery. All returned garments must stay unworn and unwashed, free of stains, sweat marks, makeup residue or unpleasant odors. Every original hang tag, label and packaging bag must be attached and complete; items with obvious stretch, pilling or self-modification will not pass return inspection.
For hygiene management, underwear, hosiery and swimwear are permanently non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Custom printed, embroidered clothing and all clearance final-sale items cannot be returned as they cannot be restocked and resold.
If you apply for returns due to personal factors including ill-fitting size, unsatisfactory style or mismatched color, you shall take full responsibility for return shipping fees. We will cover all logistics expenses once the goods arrive defective, torn, faded or we deliver wrong items by mistake.
After our warehouse completes strict quality inspection, full refunds will be transferred to your original payment account within 5–7 business days. If you intend to exchange for other sizes or colors, please contact customer service to confirm stock quantity before sending packages back.
